It is not about What You Have, but Who You Have

It is clear that success is not what you have, but rather who you have! Joseph literally had nothing materially, but at the same time, he had everything because the Lord was with him. The material things that you have accumulated or are feverishly trying to amass do not make you a success. It is the presence of the Lord in your life that makes you a success!  Joseph Prince Princes advice is based to the conclusion above. We need to learn to stop pursuing things and to start pursuing Him. God sees your relationship with Him as the only thing … Continue reading It is not about What You Have, but Who You Have

An Earth-shaking Result

When God looks at you…He doesn’t see limitation or hesitation.  He sees the potential and possibilities He placed within you.  H. Herring   This is true.    Surprising Test Results    I have thought how different our own picture of ourselves may be than other´s – or Lord´s!    I found a blog called Do what You love and a tip to do a strength test.   Of course I know, that I am:   A person who loves to learn and dig an information.    But some of results was surprising!    Honestly said, I am not a smal-talk-person.  … Continue reading An Earth-shaking Result

Staying put or Inspiration?

Years ago I wrote an article ”Don´t cuss darkness, but invite light to you”    For years I have opened my computer at mornings – not to read news or forums, but to read subscriptions from ministers and teachers who share encouraging and uplifting words.    Some one may say, that these ministers and teachers are sharing sugar coated words. – They would wake people up and paint the picture of this time.    Perhaps.    Perhaps not.    Why?   We see all of this picture of this time by reading news, opening tv (by the way, I haven´t one) or … Continue reading Staying put or Inspiration?

More than Past

“But God” is much more   But God, being [so very] rich in mercy, because of His great and wonderful love with which He loved us….    “But God” is much more than our past: faults, transgressions, guilty and sins.    — even when we were [spiritually] dead and separated from Him because of our sins, He made us [spiritually] alive together with Christ (for by His grace—His undeserved favor and mercy—you have been saved from God’s judgment.     And even more    And He raised us up together with Him [when we believed], and seated us with Him in … Continue reading More than Past

A Real Scale?

The architect thinks in a scale. His/her drawing is small: smaller than the building, which he/she is planning. But his/her drawing is in the scale, and the building will be built according to the drawing to a larger scale for people to move to the building. It will not be built as a doll house or a play cottage! Now we may think our dreams and visions, something which Lord may have put to our hearts and minds. Let´s build those in a real scale, don´t make those as doll houses or play cottages. Originally published 11th March 2016 Continue reading A Real Scale?

Abundant Lord

I stopped to think about abundance.   I asked: How on earth we success to make our Lord as tight God.    From first chapters of the Bible we may read about abundant and generous God. When He made this world he made it with abundance.   Then God said, “Let the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the face of the firmament of the heavens.” (Gen 1: 20)   Over the centuries He hasn´t stopped being the God of abundance.    How precious is Your loving kindness, O God!Therefore the children of … Continue reading Abundant Lord

Father God

Know (perceive, recognize, and understand with approval) that the Lord is God! It is He Who has made us, not we ourselves [and we are His]! We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Ps. 100: 3 TLV –   And same in Hebrew: JAH is Elohim.    I started to study other verses where we can find the same idiom.    And I found myself going through an interesting adventure to the fact how God is our Father – and what that means for us as His children.      Jesus spoke about how Father takes care … Continue reading Father God

The Unforced Rhythms of Grace

“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” Matt. 11: 28-30 Jesus calls us right now.   To His presence.   To receive.   To recover.   To gather strength. Life instead of Death

Tell others about the river. Do not fixate on the darkness. There are no answers there. Focus on the river and announce my coming of cleansing, renewal, transformation and life. – Wanda Alger Many years ago I met an opposite strategy: Some believers had misunderstood the purpose of an intercession – they are praying against, not for. Their intercession looked like cursing. They didn´t targeted their prayer only against power of evil, but against people and situations, which were opposite to their purposes and dreams. Their faith was evil focused – and focused to all things, people or situations … Continue reading Life instead of Death
